Bucharest Architecture Annual Awards - 11th edition

The Romanian Order of Architects organized the Bucharest Architecture Annual - 11th edition, with the theme: "Local-Global", between 12-24 June 2013, at Dalles Hall. The curator of this edition was the architect Emil Ivănescu. The nominated and awarded projects will be exhibited in a public space in the old center of Bucharest. There are three areas of interest designed by the organizers - the exhibition-competition with works completed by members of the branch until May 2013; a series of professional scientific communications under the title "Local-Global"; cultural evenings.

The internationalJury was composed of prof. dr. dr. arh. Leendert van Duin, jury president (Netherlands) / arch. Amur Busuioc (United States) / dr. arh. Paul Angelier (Germany) / arch. Attila Kim (Transylvania Branch) / arch. Constantin Gorcea (North-East Branch) and had to judge built and unbuilt projects, studies and published works.

We welcome the initiative of a temporary exhibition module entitled Joia din Portic (The Portico's Thursday) where Adrian Spirescu and Vlad Rădulescu exhibited at the OAR headquarters. The annual closed on July 2.
