Graphic design competition launch. The new visual identity of the Romanian Union of Architects publications

The Union of Romanian Architects launches a graphic design contest for the creation of a new visual identity for the current UAR publications: "Arhitectura" magazine, "Observatorul Urban" and BIUAR, the UAR newsletter, as well as the associated websites: www.arhitectura-1906.ro, www.uniuneaarhitectilor.ro, www.uarconcursuri.org.

The following will be required: the logo of "Arhitectura" magazine, the 110th anniversary logo of "Arhitectura" magazine, which will accompany the publication in 2016, the template for "Observatorul Urban" and BIUAR publications and graphic identity elements, which will be used by all UAR publications.

The competition is open, endowed with prizes and has a wide addressability: architects, designers, graphic designers, professionals or students. The best project will be selected by a jury of renowned professionals.

The event organized by the UAR and "Arhitectura" will provide those present with information and answers to questions about the competition, in a pleasant atmosphere, which will conclude with a visit to the exhibition "110+ Graphics in Architecture" at the editorial office.

The call comprises: the Logo of "Arhitectura" magazine, the anniversary Logo 110 years of "Arhitectura" posted on the publication the whole year 2016, Templates for the publications "Observatorul Urban" and BIUAR and other items of visual identity that will be passed on to all UAR' publications.

The contest is open and widely addressed to architects, designers, graphic artists, professionals or students, competing for prizes. The best project will be selected by a reputed jury.

The event organized by UAR and "Arhitectura" will offer to those presents information and answers on the graphic design competion, in an distinctive ambiance and location, topping with the visiting of the exhibition "110+ Graphics în Arhitectura" in the magazine offices.
