Welcome to "wastestorming" 2012

Whoever works with waste knows that, waste can either be a problematic pollution source, or an opportunity for recycling or recovery. If it can be recycled as a secondary material resource, that helps in preserving the natural habitat. Or if it can be properly disposed, that helps to decrease pollution of natural resources. In our world the energy demand is increasing, and the vitality of ecosystems is suffering a loss worldwide. So it is important to ensure the continuous development of waste management systems.

Aim of the "Wastestorming" International Conference is to gather under one roof all of your research, your business or your daily activities related to waste management. We believe that we will be able to increase the efficiency of waste management activities, through the presentation and discussion of technical and scientific achievements, as well as the exchange of experience that each of you will bring along.

The presentations of the Conference can be published in the Pollack Periodica. Pollack Periodica is a prestigious professional peer-reviewed International Journal for Engineering and Information Sciences published by the Akadémiai Kiadó.

We also believe that one of the most important ways to achieve this goal is through personal communication and interaction as well as friendly relationships.

For all the above reasons we hope that you will respond our invitation.

Yours fathfully:

the Conference Organizers
