Reminder BAV16 - January 20, 2016

Reminder:

All required documents must be submitted in the same package. The drawings must be enclosed on a hard backing (whatever it may be, provided it is not heavy enough to be easily penciled).

All documents must bear an identification symbol, in accordance with Article 13 of the competition rules. Written documents may be endorsed. This is not compulsory. The pages of the same document (e.g. project concept) must be fixed together (e.g. by stapling) in such a way that it is clear that they are part of the same document.
The identification symbol is determined by each competitor, according to the provisions of art. 13 of the regulations. The competitor's name will not be mentioned on any document (drawings, electronic documents, written documents, etc.).
The competitor's name will be mentioned only on the entry form, which will be packaged in a separate envelope containing the same identification symbol (art.13 of the mentioned regulation).
All documents must be submitted anonymously!
All documents must contain the identification symbol!
The entry form containing the competitor's name shall be separately packed in a sealed envelope containing the same identification symbol! (Art 13).
The competition rules do not ask for the competitors' portfolio and will not mention in any document the previous experience of the competitors. The promotion strategy refers to the way in which each competitor proposes to promote his/her project (in this competition and does not refer to the way in which the competitor has promoted other projects previously realized). What is meant by the feasibility of the project is detailed in art.24 lit d) of the rules and has nothing to do with the previous experience of the competitor.
Attention! The name of the entrant will not be specified in any document other than the sealed entry form. If this requirement is not respected, the project will be eliminated from the competition.
