Residential visions and concepts from 12 countries in the Building Home 2019 program

Residential visions and concepts from Romania, Indonesia, Poland, Serbia, Serbia, Greece, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, China, Germany and Bulgaria will be presented on April 11 in Bucharest during the first edition of Building Home - International Good Living Forum.

Building Home addresses living standards from multiple perspectives, with concrete examples of good practice, presentations of residential projects and solutions to increase the quality of living spaces.

The event agenda is structured in 5 sessions as follows:

Session 1 - The homes we live in. Debate session, with focus on the residential sector in Romania: quality and cost of housing; national housing strategy; smart housing; certification of residential constructions; green housing; financing of residential developments; guides for developers and buyers; integrated construction solutions. Participants include representatives from investors, developers, builders, architects and the Ministry of Development.

Session 2 - Residential visions and concepts. The session showcases houses from Indonesia, Poland, Serbia, Greece, Spain, Italy, Monaco, Portugal, China, Germany and Bulgaria, which have recently won awards at major international competitions.

Session 3 - Houses from Romania. The session presents houses from Romania signed by well-known architects, projects distinguished in national architectural competitions: Apartment building on Louis Blanc Street; Floating House etc.

Session 4 - Residential developments in Romania. Session dedicated to representative residential developments in Romania: The First Residential Park - Metalurgiei Park; Vox Vertical Village - "a vertical community" in Timisoara; Wings in Cluj-Napoca; "102 The Address" in Bucharest.

Session 5 - Masterclass John Taylor - Luxury Real Estate from Monaco. Founded in 1864, John Taylor is one of the world's leading luxury real estate companies. It has a €16 billion portfolio and currently operates in over 25 world-class locations. The Masterclass is about how you can increase the value of a property with architecture and new technologies.

Building Home Bucharest 2019 addresses investors and developers, builders, architects, designers and, to a large extent, companies with solutions, technologies and innovations for residential projects.

Among the main partners of the event are well-known names such as Alumil, Assa Abloy, Velux, Knauf Insulation and Alukönigstahl. The Forum is organized in partnership with the Romanian Order of Architects (OAR), the Romanian Construction Companies Employers' Association (PSC) and the Romanian Real Estate Developers Association (ADIRU).

Building Home is a concept created by BORO PR & COMMUNICATION, an agency established in 2015 in Iasi, which has so far realized more than 40 large-scale international communication projects and events for education, health, agriculture, hospitality and real estate, projects that have brought together more than 10000 professionals from 45 countries.
