The international call for ideas Dâmbovița 2035 was organized by the Ivan Patzaichin Association – Mila 23, Nod Makerspace, and Anuala de Arhitectură București 2025, in partnership with the Bucharest Branch of the Romanian Order of Architects, with the support of the Environmental Platform for Bucharest, an initiative of the Bucharest Community Foundation and ING Romania, hosted by ING Hubs.

The winners were announced on Friday, November 28, during the "Dâmbovița 2035" International Conference, which took place in the Auditorium of the ING Hubs Romania headquarters.

The winners are as follows:

Zone 1 - Chiajna – Lacul Morii - RE-START NATURA – authors: Constantin Cristina, Andreea Vlonga, Elena-Cristina Negoi, Gabriel Teofil.

Zone 2 - Pod Ciurel - URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE – authors: Dimitrie Grigorescu, Dan Dinoiu, Dominika Trybe, Christian Kuczynski.

Zone 3 - CET Grozăvești – Botanical Garden - OPEN LANDSCAPE – authors: Cassandra Pop, Cosmin Anghelache, Astrid Rottman.

Zone 4 - Timpuri Noi - RGB - THE RED, THE GREEN, THE BLUE – authors: Iclozan Cătălin Bogdan, Elena Cristina Machidon, Ionuț Mezinu.

Zone 5 - Văcărești Natural Park - DÂMBOVIȚA 2035 S, M, L – authors: Istrate Andreea Elena, architect Robănescu Martha.

Zone 6 - Vitan – Popești-Leordeni - URBAN ECOLOGICAL CORRIDOR: SPONGE CITY INITIATIVE – Authors: Iclozan Cătălin Bogdan, Elena Cristina Machidon, Ionuț Mezinu.
