Construction system: Reinforced concrete structure (columns, beams, floor slabs, perimeter diaphragms) in the basement, basement, ground floor, ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. On the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors the structure is reinforced concrete (perimeter diaphragms and floor slabs) and metal structure (interior columns and beams) to allow a 22.80 m opening of the conference room. Acoustic treatments applied to the 750-seat Buenos Aires conference hall and the 180-seat Roma multifunctional hall, according to the acoustic and sound insulation studies ("Enter Studio", arh. Radu Pană, and "Sonobel", eng. Mariana Stan, and architectural solutions and details "F.M. Design", arh. Floriana MIHĂESCU) Acoustic plywood materials: Gustafs Sweden.

Finishing materials: marble, granite, wood plywood, decorative paints, wallpaper.

Floor functions: Basement - Archive; Basement - Data Center; Ground Floor - Foyer; 1st Floor - Buenos Aires Hall;

Floor 2 - Buenos Aires Room, Cafeteria, Tea Room and Foyer; Floor 3 - Technical floor and accommodation rooms;

4th Floor - Roma Hall and three conference rooms; 5th Floor - Foyer and accommodation rooms.

Ventilated facades with bond and front curtain. Interior wallboard partitions, fireproof wallboard ceilings, noise insulating or sound absorbing.

Acoustic treatments applied to "Buenos Aires" conference room of 750 seats and "Rome" multipurpose hall of 180 seats according to both the study of sound and noise insulation ("Enter Studio", arch. Radu Pană, "Sonobel", engineer Mariana Stan, and Architectural solutions and details from "FM Design", arch. Mihăescu Floriana). Plywood acoustic acoustic materials: Gustafs Sweden.
