A unitary concept for the development of Doctoral Studies in Architecture and Urban Planning

In the next period - 2020-2024 - as part of a development strategy assumed by the new managerial plan, the doctoral studies program of the University of Architecture and Urbanism "Ion Mincu" will ensure a higher quality level, by linking to European and international scientific research projects, aiming at recognition and academic integration at the highest level.

At the same time, this program will continue to provide a professionally responsible and stimulating environment, oriented towards creativity and innovation, training specialists with a complex understanding of architecture and urban phenomena. In connection with the challenges of today's society, aiming for a particular contribution to the sustainability of the built environment, under the guidance of skilled professors, dedicated to scientific knowledge, the students of the two doctoral programs of UAUIM will constantly test their ability to research, to believe in themselves, to develop and integrate into the socio-professional environment and to be the best in practicing their profession.
