Diplomas Faculty of Architecture - UPT 2012
Among the 52 diploma projects defended at the Faculty of Architecture of the Politehnica Timișoara University in June 2012, three were selected among the best. They reflect the thematic diversity and the very different approach of the graduates, covering a wide range. The project of the Center for Culture and Archaeological Research in Paestum, by Alina Nariță, supervised by architect Dragoș Borcan, is an intervention in the area of an archaeological site. Metsa - Center for Research and Training in Wood Production Technology, by Ion Emilian Veliciu, supervised by architect Romeo Szorad, is the second project presented. The series concludes with the Reorganization of the Iosefin Agri-food Market and the Urban Regeneration of its Neighborhoods, by Ștefanei Bădescu, supervised by architect Codruța Nergulescu. The three diploma projects are based on a serious theoretical and thematic foundation - presented in the prediploma. They stand out for the coherence of the approach from the initial to the final phase, as well as for the maturity of the approach. We wish our graduates continued enthusiasm and fresh thinking!
