In a neighborhood of northern Bucharest, between the quiet shimmer of lakes and the shady alleyways of gardens, a ground-floor unit of a post-war building has completely changed its destiny. The space, formerly used as an office, bore the stamp of an administrative logic: fragmented rooms, rigid proportions, straight and inflexible routes. It was precisely these constraints that became the material for a complete transformation - from technical space to urban retreat with a Japanese spirit.
