A creative

Sergiu Bogdan Tencariu is an observer of the world around him, always attentive to the city and the activities of the people who inhabit it. This process of perpetuating analysis and understanding inspires him in his creative activities.
Sergiu Bogdan Tencariu is a young architect whom I greatly appreciate and trust. He does not rush into an architectural solution until he is sure of it. He is dedicated to perfecting the project and is consistent. He has an understanding of space in three dimensions and the effects of configuring it in time perspective.
I got to know him during the course of my degree and liked the balance and richness of the chosen theme: 'University research laboratories in Brasov'. The project used the history and heritage of the place, where there was an old mill that was preserved, consolidated, modernized and beautifully integrated into the architectural solution.
I liked the way in which he built and finished the model himself and this reminded me of another great Romanian architect who now lives in Paris, Professor Viorel Simion.

Sergiu Tencariu was constructively influenced by an internship at the University of Architecture and Restoration in Leuven, Belgium, where he studied in his 4th year. Since then he has remained connected to the world of valuable architectural novelties and often helped me to get to know various beautiful new projects.
I worked with him on several projects, including a commercial project near Bucharest. He was involved in team coordination and kept in touch with the team architects and the structural engineer. The project was strongly influenced by the beneficiary, but in the end, thanks to Sergiu's perseverance, it remained at the right functional balance.
As a young architect he is involved in several projects under execution in Brasov, on the cornice overlooking the Black Church and the old center. Five low-rise blocks of flats are being built there.
He also specializes in interior design because the bureaucracy/approvals part is less and doesn't alter the creative process too much. He studies how the light falls into the space he's designed, carefully chooses the materials to be put to work, and the result is very good: "You just want to walk into the painting and live there."
He has recently set up his own architectural practice and is operating boldly in the market.
