A story, an inn, a winery

As we pointed out in the previous article, in the List of Historical Monuments there are few buildings with the name "winery" with the legal status of protection as historical monuments. For this reason, but especially because of the directions of national and economic policies concerning the restoration of historical monuments, especially those that had the potential to individualize the Romanian People's and later Socialist Republic from the Soviet bloc through a glorious and unique history, in the Archives of the National Heritage Institute and in the work of the Directorate of Historical Monuments there are no restoration projects of the listed wine cellars today. However, the reconstruction of Manuc's Inn, completed in 1973, included the conversion of a historic space into a wine cellar.
