Wines and heritage buildings have something in common: the older they are, the more valuable they are. This axiom doesn't hold true for all types of wine, nor for all types of heritage buildings: certainly not for the fragile, dilapidated ones that crumble before your eyes and leave your soul in a state of acute decay. But at the crossroads between wine and heritage are the historic cellars, which have a special charm given both by the aroma of the royal liquor produced in weighty premises and by the presence of walls that tell stories beyond time.
