Wine heritage. Cellars, cellars, monuments

In preparation of an article for the current issue of Arhitectura Magazine on the theme of vineyards, I researched the List of Historical Monuments in order to identify monument buildings directly related to viticulture, with the intention of searching for their restoration projects in the National Heritage Institute Archive, in order to analyze and describe the respective restoration project. In this way we identified in the List of Historical Monuments 12 buildings classified as wine cellars or related to wine production, including a wine museum, most of them in the south of the country, as follows: Cramă (Hagianoff Manor House Complex)¹ Ialomita County, Ialomita County, Wine Cellar of the former^Herescu Manor House2, Ialomita County, State House with wine cellar (rebuilt in 1982⁾³, Prahova County, Former wine cellar (cellar, cellars and staircase to the first floor)⁴, Prahova
