MUST

The large-scale architectural event organized since 2015 by OAR Iași, UAR Iași and the Faculty of Architecture has become a tradition in October each year, bringing together architects, artists and people of culture with the aim of promoting the architectural field.

The MUST of Architecture, since its first edition, has aimed at creating a prolific environment for the exchange of ideas, concepts and visions, thus addressing the community of Iasi and beyond.

The event is a collection of conferences and meetings with professionals from home and abroad, exhibitions, workshops and other activities. Over the years, MUST-ul de Arhitectură has thus encompassed conferences held by prestigious representatives of architecture from the United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Ukraine, Romania, etc., round tables, workshops, presentations, dealing with current themes and trends in the field of architecture and visual arts. The central idea behind the project is to create a link between society, administration and architects by strengthening the idea of community, with the ultimate aim of highlighting the need for dialogue between the public and specialists, to emphasize the contribution of this profession to the socio-cultural development of the city.
