Simple detalii de viață. Cadrul citadin, între poveste și emoție
| Vizitând obiecte de arhitectură cu valoare unanim acceptată şi afirmată de-a lungul istoriei, se pot observa reacţii multiple în faţa minunăţiei detaliului, de la oameni care-şi plimbă degetele peste suprafeţe perfect finisate şi îşi iau notiţe (poţi recunoaşte astfel arhitecţii dintr-o masă de oameni) până la simple exclamaţii mute, privirea neştiind ce să fixeze, interesul fiind poate dirijat în cu totul altă parte, urmând simţurile. Detaliul este, probabil, ultima redută care incită atenţia şi trezeşte imaginaţia arhitectului, probabil şi datorită faptului că, paradoxal poate, calitatea unui gest major este dată, în cele din urmă, de calitatea celor mai mici părţi care îl compun. Descompunerea nu alterează, însă, conţinutul părţilor, acestea descriind întregul, la o altă scară. În acest sens, Dan Dediu observa faptul că “nu de puţine ori lucrurile mici, detaliile, înrâuresc într-atât imaginea de ansamblu a unei structuri, de orice natură ar fi ea, încât ele devin emblematice pentru ethosul întregului” 1. În funcţie de sfera de interes a fiecăruia, detaliul îşi schimbă, aşadar, încărcătura simbolică. Percepţia operează schimbări de scară, detaliul oferind în cele din urmă plăceri “vinovate” pur subiective, cu valenţe şi finalităţi atât de diverse. Puterea de a gândi detaliul, de a-l afla, de a-l identifica şi interpreta este în sine o adevărată artă. | The fascination that detail exerts over the architects is understandable. Carefully attentive about details they find their completeness of creation’s gesture, building and mere existence of their thought. Seeing architectural objects of recognised value and affirmed over the time one can notice multiple reactions given by the detail’s marvel, from people touching the perfectly finished surfaces and taking notes – you can recognize architects this way – to simple silent reaction, the eye being confused on what to stop at, the interest might be directed into a totally different part following different senses. The detail is, probably, the last barricade that animates attention andawakens the architect imagination possibly because, and paradoxally, the quality of the major gesture is given ultimately by the quality of the smallest parts composing it. The decomposition does not alter the parts content, describing the whole at a different scale. In this sense Dan Dediu was observing that „very often, small things, details, are chaining the image of a general structure by any nature to the extent that they become emblematique for the whole ethos1. According to each one interest sphere, the detail changes its symbolic charge. Perception operates changes of scale and detail offers blameable delights that are purely subjective, with so different valences and finalities. The power to conceive the detail, to find it, to identify and interpret it is in itself a real art. |
