The study site is the interstitial space around the Church of the Holy Apostles in Tabaci. The site presents an urban fracture, the church being screened by two seven-storey high blocks, whose facades represent hard boundaries, the backs of block staircases, which need interventions to activate the facades. In front of the church, towards the intersection of Mircea Voda Boulevard and Nerva Traian Way, there is an empty space currently occupied by a makeshift parking lot.
