The proposed project is a necessary initiative in a country such as Romania, where social reintegration after serving a sentence remains a process full of obstacles. People leaving the penitentiary system often face prejudice, lack of trust from employers and minimal resources to restart their lives. The idea of creating a safe, well-organized and friendly space where these people can relearn discipline, trust and teamwork is an important step towards a more empathetic and mature society.
