The theme of the project stems from an urban reality marked by the lack of coherent planning and the chaotic evolution of the built fabric. In recent decades, city developments have focused on large complexes and peripheral expansion, generating urban sprawl and ignoring existing neighborhoods. In particular, those built before 1990 have been neglected, deprived of consistent interventions capable of bringing them up to date functionally and integrating them into contemporary dynamics. This lack of strategy has led to the perpetuation of social problems and the emergence of quality of life imbalances.
