Revitalization of the Bragadiru Brewery - Conversion into a Music School

The project proposes the reactivation of one of Bucharest's emblematic industrial landmarks, the Bragadiru Brewery, by transforming it into an educational and cultural center dedicated to music. The historic building, currently abandoned, is located at the intersection of Bulevard George Coșbuc and Calea Rahovei, in an area marked by a rich urban and cultural stratification. The intervention directly targets the bar-type body of the boulevard, which becomes the nucleus of a new ensemble combining heritage restoration with contemporary architecture.

The main aim of the project is to give back to the community a lost space, preserving the memory of the place and valorizing the existing architectural qualities.
