The project proposes the reconversion of the Luka Cargo port area in Belgrade into a mixed-use urban ensemble, adapted to the contemporary context and the city's strategic potential. In the perspective of hosting Expo 2027, Belgrade has the opportunity to reactivate its industrial territories and transform them into centers of cultural, tourist and economic interest. The intervention capitalizes on the existing industrial structures of the former cargo zone, preserved and reinterpreted in a brutalist key, reflecting the strong and authentic character of the site.
