The project proposes a collective housing complex - 70 apartments - in the south of Bucharest, near Progresul Square, on the border between two types of fabric, one of vernacular houses, located behind the blocks of flats on Giurgiului Road built during the communist period. The challenge is to mediate between the two, trying to respond as non-invasively as possible to the weave of low-rise houses, but also to create a dialog with the main element of the area, the P+10 tower facing the road.
