Brasov Fire Station I is the subject of the project. The stakes come both at the scale of the city, through the dependence of at least one third of the territory on its intervention, and at the scale of the program that is in real need of intervention. Military institutions represent black spots in the city, an intra-urban space inaccessible to the pedestrian, with inward-oriented programs. Threshold work and transition are a first approach to make the program more permeable and partially open to the public. Internally, if the focus has so far fallen on the car at the expense of the firefighter, the project proposes a special attention to the latter.
