The project proposes a museum with aquariums and a marine research center located on the waterfront of Constanta, at a meeting and mediation point between two distinct urban realities: the old town, with its cultural and historical identity, and the industrial area of the port, with its technical and rigid infrastructure. The volume integrates itself between these typologies through a fluid architecture inspired by the topography of the Peninsula, combining public spaces open to the community with a gradual and ascending exhibition route. The central aquarium, 360° visitable, becomes the core of the museum experience.
