The general aim of the work is to develop an architectural project for the transformation of a former public baths in Chisinau into a modern SPA center, through an intervention that combines the preservation of the original architectural value with the integration of contemporary functions. Bathroom No.5, built in 1961, was an important part of Soviet culture, intended to compensate for the general lack of bathroom facilities in homes. Today, it is a simple red brick building, forgotten and hidden by vegetation.
