The project starts from the awareness of the destiny of the city of Brăila both at the social, economic and cultural level, as well as at the urban and architectural level, being observed a decline in the clarity and expressiveness that the urban fabric could play at the end of the 19th century as a background for the city's actors. At the present time, fragments of historical testimonies, identified as ''terrains vagues'', are emerging from the historic city center.
