The diploma project began with a cautious, almost methodical look at the city on a macro scale. Then followed a natural descent to a concrete situation: the area of the Griviței Way, a historical axis of Bucharest, which, although marked by fragmentation, still retains a certain structural coherence.

To name the current situation in more detail, the project sought to settle in a marginalized tissue, more precisely on the border between Calea Griviței and Mircea Vulcănescu Street, a strip of tissue where three wagon houses are in an advanced state of decay. Moving closer to the solution and the concrete situation, the project seeks to take root in the place. Thus, this "seduction of the plan" emerges.
