The theme starts from the discussion surrounding the incomplete real estate projects in the city of Cluj, from the post-decembrist period to the present. These contemporary unfinished structures are going through what we could call a state of dormancy, mostly due to the global financial crisis of 2007-2009 and the recession that followed.

The project addresses a broader strategy in intervening on incomplete projects, a problem that persists in most cities, regardless of size, but which find it easier to find a recovery scenario where the demand for space is higher.
